BCBA Therapist
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — Fully Remote | Multiple Openings
Industry: Healthcare / Behavioral Health Services
Job Type: Full-Time | Associate Level | 2–5 Years Experience Required
A growing, family-centered pediatric behavioral health organization is seeking multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join their fully remote clinical team. This company is deeply committed to delivering evidence-based ABA services to children and families, and has built an operational model specifically designed to let BCBAs focus on what they do best — providing exceptional care.
Unlike many clinical environments, this organization removes the administrative burden from their BCBAs entirely. A dedicated support infrastructure handles scheduling, documentation quality control, billing, and day-to-day operations, so clinicians can stay focused on their caseloads. Behavior Technician recruiting, onboarding, and training is also managed internally, and BTs are developed through a structured career pathway that keeps your team skilled and motivated.
