Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 international law firm, is seeking a talented mid-level Associate Attorney to join their premier Litigation Team in Philadelphia offers the opportunity to represent a dynamic client base in complex litigation.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania & New Jersey, in good standing
- 4–5 years of substantive litigation experience
- Background in advising clients on products liability experience (toxic tort), medical device and/or mass tort defense.
- Demonstrated experience drafting key legal documents, handling discovery, depositions, motions, pleadings, and trial preparation
- Highly proficient in prioritization and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Strong legal writing and negotiation skills, along with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work efficiently within a team-focused, high-performance environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong professional relationships
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct due diligence review, handle discovery and depositions, and contribute to trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents
- Advise clients on transactional employment matters
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy
- Maintain clear, client-ready communication and deliver practical guidance
- Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced practice

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Expected annual base salary range is $250,000-$280,000, as determined by experience and market factors
