Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at our brand new clinic, opening in September 2025! As a valued teammate, you'll provide one-on-one, world-class care to children from birth to age 21, helping them achieve their full potential in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, as well as applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.   • Comprehensive Incentives: We offer a competitive base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 along with eligibility for a full benefits package starting within your first month. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Individualized Treatment: Conduct one-on-one sessions, designing and implementing customized plans of care for a diverse range of pediatric patients.

  • Encourage Family Involvement: Actively involve parents and caregivers in sessions, empowering them to carry skills and exercises into the child's daily life.

  • Collaborate with Peers: Work closely with a team of Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists, including co-treating when clinically appropriate, to ensure patient success.

  • Manage Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative duties, with guaranteed time built into your schedule for these tasks.

Position Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

  • Licensure: Must hold a current or pending license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the respective state.

  • Dedication: A commitment to providing exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
