Commercial Account Manager – Retail & Private Brands

 

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business/Sales strongly desired (relevant experience accepted in lieu)
  • 3-5 years of direct account management or sales experience, ideally with products in retail
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail/food industry sales is preferred
  • Maximum annual salary: $120,000
  • Full-time, permanent W-2 employee
  • Full benefits package
  • Travel required (car and air, including overnights)
  • Must maintain a valid Driver's License
  • 100% onsite role (no remote/hybrid)
  • Located in the DePere, Wisconsin area

In This Role, You Will:

  • Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing relationships and aggressively pursuing new partnerships with large to mid-size accounts
  • Become a product expert to advise customers and internal teams on solutions, consistently managing projects from start to finish
  • Prepare and present compelling sales quotes and samples, while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize strategies and track orders
  • Cultivate new business opportunities within designated market segments, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous growth

 

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • 3-5 years of proven sales or account management experience, ideally within the retail/food industry
  • Strong business acumen with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible and willing to travel (car and air, including overnights) to meet customer needs
