Our client, a prestigious law firm recognized in the 2024 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment Litigation team in Richmond. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a wide range of labor and employment matters, working with sophisticated clients on cutting-edge legal issues. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and eager to take on significant responsibilities while contributing to the firm’s expanding labor and employment practice.
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Virginia.
1–5 years of substantive litigation experience.
Background in labor and employment litigation preferred, but general civil litigation backgrounds will be considered.
Strong litigation and case management skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Represent clients in complex labor and employment litigation matters.
Manage cases from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on labor and employment disputes and compliance matters.
Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
