Key Responsibilities:

• Lead billing, invoicing, and collections to ensure accurate financial transactions
• Oversee accounts payable, expense management, and reconciliations
• Ensure financial compliance and work with external firms on tax strategies
• Deliver financial reporting & analysis to support leadership decisions
• Manage budgeting & forecasting, collaborating across departments
• Improve internal controls and financial processes for scalability

Requirements:

✔ 5-10 years of accounting experience in financial operations, reporting, and compliance✔ Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online & Ceridian for Payroll✔ Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis✔ Ability to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in office)✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

✅ CPA designation or equivalent✅ Experience in a startup or high-growth environment✅ Knowledge of government incentives and financial regulations
