We are on track to grow from $12M to $50M in revenue and are seeking a dynamic, execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the charge.
Position Summary:
The COO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership, overseeing daily operations across sales, construction, logistics, technology, and talent. This individual will be a tech savvy sales leader with deep operational experience capable of managing both the nuts-and-bolts of a high-volume service business and the strategic levers needed to scale. Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership
Own day-to-day operations across sales, production, project management, logistics, and customer service.
Drive performance metrics, operational KPIs, and margin optimization across departments.
Oversee the use, integration, and continuous improvement of proprietary tech tools (CAD-based measurement, supply chain automation, etc.).
Ensure job sites are delivered on time, on spec, and on budget at scale.
Technology & Systems Optimization
Evaluate current platforms and recommend new tools for project tracking, CRM, ERP, scheduling, and fleet management.
Bridge the gap between field operations and digital tools to increase efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
Lead adoption of automation and AI tools for estimating, planning, and resource allocation.
Strategic Planning & Growth
Collaborate with the CEO to refine the growth strategy and develop scalable processes to support regional expansion.
Lead market expansion planning, including potential new locations, fleet scale-ups, or service line additions.
Analyze data across units to forecast demand, optimize job sequencing, and reduce delays or rework.
