Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead on complex structural projects from concept to completion

• Perform detailed design and analysis using industry-standard software

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants

• Mentor junior engineers and participate in staff development

• Engage in project management and client interaction as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience

• Strong working knowledge of analysis and design tools (ETABS, RISA, RAM, Revit, etc.)

• A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring younger staff

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
