Position Responsibilities:

  • Draft and negotiate transaction agreements and related documents
  • Manage deal processes from initial structuring to closing
  • Serve as a key advisor in client relationships and strategic decision-making
  • Oversee and mentor junior associates and legal professionals
  • Handle a diverse range of M&A matters across various industries

 

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of M&A experience at a top law firm
  • Strong background in negotiating and drafting deal documents
  • Ability to manage transactions independently and work directly with clients
  • Experience supervising and mentoring junior team members
  • Exceptional academic credentials from a recognized law school

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ($310,000 - $390,000) based on experience and location
