Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers and Engineers of Record in developing project designs, structural calculations, and assessment reports.
Perform analysis of existing structures and recommend solutions for repair or reinforcement.
Assist in preparing drawings and specifications for construction in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
Participate in project meetings with internal teams, clients, architects, and contractors.
Review submittals and shop drawings to ensure design intent and quality.
Conduct field visits during construction to observe structural practices and gain practical experience.
Organize field data to support engineering analysis and design refinement.
Collaborate with engineers and designers across disciplines to deliver integrated project solutions.
Utilize design software such as RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAFE, SAP, RAM Elements, and Tekla.
Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and organizational quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
0–2 years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD.
EIT certification preferred or in progress.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to take initiative and accept increasing responsibility.
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, team-oriented environment.
Desire to grow professionally through mentorship and hands-on learning.
