Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize manufacturing processes, integrating product design with materials management.
• Evaluate and improve workforce utilization and equipment layout to maximize operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to develop strategies that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Address and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Implement robust quality control measures to ensure compliance with product specifications and industry standards.
• Work with design engineers to enhance the manufacturability of new product designs.
• Maintain comprehensive records of production processes, modifications, and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, LEAN principles, and quality control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
