Maintenance Technician (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Near Orrick, MO
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift | Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose issues with automated equipment and PLCs
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly
• Respond to breakdowns and get equipment back online quickly
• Work closely with operations to minimize downtime

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and PLCs
• Confidence working independently in a fast-paced setting
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Schedule

• $37–$45/hour depending on experience and level
• Overtime opportunities available
• Double time on Sundays
• Monthly incentive program
• 24/7 operation with rotating weekend coverage (weekday time off provided)
