We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nursing Director of Behavioral Health to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leadership in behavioral health settings and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the behavioral health nursing department to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining a focus on quality improvement.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to design and implement patient-centered care plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of South Carolina.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and improve patient care outcomes.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
