Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Note: Must have directly relevant project management experience with a self-perform general contractor in commercial construction. Permanent U.S. work authorization required.

Job Description
- Lead commercial construction projects through all phases to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met
- Develop project plans, proposals, budgets, and resource strategies to drive profitable execution
- Review drawings, specifications, estimates, and project documentation to support successful delivery
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, Assistants, Owners, Architects, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage project scope changes, pricing, change orders, and cost impacts
- Review and approve invoices, issue subcontracts and purchase orders, and submit pay applications
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Help resolve issues and disputes involving owners, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Support permitting needs including building, erosion control, and dewatering when required
- Participate in project management and construction meetings and complete job analysis reporting
- Train, coach, and support Assistant Project Managers
- Maintain strong adherence to safety and quality standards on every project
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Project Management certification preferred or required per client/job spec
- 4+ years of directly relevant construction project management experience
- Strong commercial construction background
- Ability to read drawings, interpret codes, and understand all phases of building design
- Strong multi-project management and communication skills
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
