Job Position: QA Inbound & Outbound Inspection Supervisor

Employment Classification: Full-Time

Position Location: Fort Worth, TX

Description:

The QA Inbound/Outbound Inspection Supervisor will be responsible for the establishment and

management of Raw Material Inbound Audit and Finished Goods Outbound Audit Programs. This

individual will be responsible for creating and managing SOPs and audit process procedures. The role

will report to QA business organization and requires participation in cross-functional projects and

discussions relating to raw material. The role will report to the business relating to supplier performance

on a regular cadence. The QA Inspection Supervisor will manage the Outbound Inspection Technicians

and program maintaining weekly KPI goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Raw Material Audit and Outbound Audit programs.

• Maintain detailed records of audits in data, photos and business reports

• Continuous improvement of SOPs and process procedures

• Process improvement collaborator

• Analyze data trends and cross-functional partner

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent on job experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Technologically proficient in reporting systems; RedZone, Canopy, and Microsoft Office Suite

• A successful individual will be self motivated, detail oriented, organized and a team mentality

• Physical requirements include ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a production

environment; refrigerated and freezer temperatures, loud environments, and wet conditions.
