Location: This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Minneapolis. Candidates must be able to work in the office. Relocation assistance is not provided, so any relocation must be completed before starting.

Note: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar and have at least 2+ years of personal injury experience as an attorney.

Job Description

  • Lead the Minnesota office and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Handle personal injury matters and help drive strong outcomes for injured clients
  • Manage cases, clients, and workflow with urgency and accountability
  • Help hire, lead, and develop staff with support from firm leadership and HR
  • Work closely with ownership on business development and office growth
  • Ensure a high level of client service and strong case handling standards
  • Identify operational improvements and opportunities to expand the practice
  • Build a strong local presence in the Minnesota market

Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota Bar license in good standing required
  • 2+ years of personal injury attorney experience required
  • Strong plaintiff-side advocacy and client communication skills
  • Leadership and management ability
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with legal software
  • Motivated, ambitious, and interested in long-term growth
  • Book of business or ability to help generate cases is a plus
  • Minnesota roots are a plus
