Their Denver office has an immediate need for a Securities Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their corporate department. Ideal candidates will have experience with federal and state securities laws, corporate governance, capital market transactions, SEC reporting obligations, and experience with filings and issues related to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
Strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position. They are interested in candidates that are growth-minded, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast-paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on their deal teams.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role. We expect the salary range for this position to be between $235,000 and $290,000 but could be higher depending on years of experience.
Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus.
