ERP Implementation Project Coordinator – Finance Workstream
Pay Range: $43.55 - $52.16 hour
Location: Golden, CO (onsite)
Schedule: Standard business hours 40+ hours per week
Industry: Public Education / Finance
Job Type: Contract through March 2027

How you will spend your time as an ERP Implementation Project Coordinator:
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to Finance Workstream leadership.
- Track action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies across Finance-related meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, document detailed meeting notes, and follow up on commitments.
- Hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables and timelines.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, logs, status trackers, and project artifacts.
- Coordinate schedules, workshops, and logistics for project meetings.
- Support development of executive-ready presentations and status reports.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, Functional Leads, external consultants, and Systems Integrators.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, communication standards, and reporting expectations.
Skills and experience we would like you to have as an ERP Implementation Project Coordinator:
Required
- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Executive Assistant supporting ERP implementation programs.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations (Finance preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated success holding team members accountable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-starter who works independently.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and proactive.
- Comfortable driving follow-up and accountability without formal authority.
- Able to anticipate needs and identify issues before they escalate.
Preferred / Highly Desired
- Public sector ERP implementation experience.
- Workday implementation experience (Finance modules preferred).
- Prior contract or staff augmentation experience in enterprise programs.
- Experience working with systems integrators.
