Regional Sales Manager – Precision CNC Machine Tools

Territory: Southeastern United States
Compensation: $140,000 base salary + commission
Travel: Up to 50%

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established, global manufacturer of high-precision CNC grinding and turning equipment to identify a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeastern U.S.

This role is ideal for a proven machine tool sales professional who understands complex, engineered capital equipment and thrives in a territory-based, relationship-driven sales environment.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive direct sales of precision CNC grinding and turning equipment across the Southeast

  • Develop, manage, and motivate a third-party agent and distributor network

  • Grow existing accounts while generating new business through proactive outreach and networking

  • Build and execute regional sales strategies based on market conditions and customer needs

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal technical, applications, and marketing teams

  • Travel extensively within the territory to support customers, prospects, and agents


What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in the machine tool industry

  • Proven success selling precision grinding and/or turning equipment

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience working with and managing independent agents or distributors

  • Ability to sell complex, technical capital equipment at multiple levels within customer organizations

  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and CRM discipline

  • Southeast territory experience strongly preferred


Compensation & Benefits

  • $140,000 base salary
