What You’ll Do

Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes with precision and efficiency

Produce complex parts that meet tight tolerances, quality standards, and production timelines

Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings

Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure accuracy

Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments as needed

Work independently or as part of a collaborative shop team

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What You Bring

Hands-on experience with Siemens CNC controls
-
Strong ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances
-
Experience working in a machine shop environment (1+ year preferred)

Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or Heidenhain controls is a plus
-
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
-
Reliable, self-motivated work style with a strong attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform shop-floor duties safely
