Company manufactures and maintains medcial instrumentation. Looking for a Regional Field Support Manager who resides in the greater Ontario, Canada area. Prefer someone with at least 3 years technical service management experience. Service management experience with medical instrumentation is a plus. Overnight travel is required (passport required). Must speak French. Position will be involved with customer presentations, business reviews, trade shows, service escalations, and the Ontario area Field Service activities.
Completes, maintains, monitors, and processes all Regional paperwork and records to comply with SOPs, and compliance procedures. Ensure direct reports maintain 100% compliance to all corporate SOPs and policies. Will have responsibility for revenue, expense performance, and budget control for the Ontario, Canada region.
Hiring company is based in Europe, and the U.S./Canada operation is based in the NYC Tri-State area. Travel to the NYC Tri-State will for business meetings, traing, and other corporate responsibilities are required.
