What You’ll Own

  • Lead and elevate a team of sales professionals focused on engineering staffing and project-based (SOW) solutions
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth by building a strong, predictable pipeline and closing high-value deals
  • Expand relationships with key clients while breaking into new accounts across the medical device sector
  • Position high-impact workforce and project solutions that solve complex engineering challenges
  • Own negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structure to maximize profitability
  • Act as a true market leader—bringing insight, strategy, and direction to your vertical

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of success in staffing and/or solutions sales within medical device or engineering
  • 5+ years leading, building, and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • A track record of selling into senior stakeholders and closing complex deals
  • Strong command of workforce solutions: contract staffing, direct hire, and SOW/project-based delivery
  • The ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and drive results consistently
