A rapidly growing, high-impact workforce solutions firm is looking for a Medical Device Engineering Sales Leader to take ownership of a critical vertical, lead a strong team, and accelerate revenue in a market that’s only getting more competitive.

What You’ll Own
- Lead and elevate a team of sales professionals focused on engineering staffing and project-based (SOW) solutions
- Drive aggressive revenue growth by building a strong, predictable pipeline and closing high-value deals
- Expand relationships with key clients while breaking into new accounts across the medical device sector
- Position high-impact workforce and project solutions that solve complex engineering challenges
- Own negotiations, pricing strategy, and deal structure to maximize profitability
- Act as a true market leader—bringing insight, strategy, and direction to your vertical
What You Bring
- 10+ years of success in staffing and/or solutions sales within medical device or engineering
- 5+ years leading, building, and motivating high-performing sales teams
- A track record of selling into senior stakeholders and closing complex deals
- Strong command of workforce solutions: contract staffing, direct hire, and SOW/project-based delivery
- The ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and drive results consistently
