Seeking an accomplished Business Unit Manager to lead and grow a high-performing Off Highway business focused on remanufacturing, powertrain, hydraulic, and heavy equipment solutions across the Eastern United States. This individual will assume full commercial and operational leadership for the business unit, driving revenue growth, strategic customer development, and overall business performance while partnering closely with executive leadership to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and position the business for long-term profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

·      Provide overall business unit leadership, driving revenue growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term strategic initiatives

·      Lead commercial activities including business development, key account management, dealer relationships, sales strategy, forecasting, and market expansion across the Eastern U.S.

·      Develop and execute strategic growth plans focused on expanding aftermarket, remanufacturing, hydraulic, powertrain, and heavy equipment component sales

·      Build, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team while partnering closely with operations, engineering, customer service, and executive leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes

·      Establish and strengthen relationships with OEMs, dealers, distributors, contractors, and major end users throughout the off highway industry

·      Drive business performance through financial management, operational oversight, continuous improvement initiatives, and disciplined execution of annual business objectives

 

Qualifications include:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred

·      10+ years of progressive leadership experience within the off highway, construction equipment, mining, heavy equipment, powertrain, hydraulics, remanufacturing, or industrial equipment industries

·      Previous Business Unit Manager, General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Product Support Manager, District Sales Manager, or equivalent commercial leadership experience with demonstrated business ownership

·      Strong background working with OEMs, dealers, distributors, and major customer accounts within heavy equipment or aftermarket markets

·      Proven success developing strategic customer relationships, leading high-performing sales organizations, and delivering sustained revenue and profitability growth

·      Excellent business acumen, financial, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence customers and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization

·      Demonstrated success driving business growth, developing teams, expanding market share, and executing strategic commercial initiatives

·      Must be willing to travel throughout the United States as required
