In Office | Illinois | Key Product Line
We’re looking for an innovative Product Manager to own the product lifecycle and shape the strategic vision for one of our most critical product lines. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in developing the product roadmap, driving customer-focused innovation, and ensuring the success of our portfolio in the North American market.
This is an ONSITE position.
As Product Manager, you’ll act as both a strategic leader and hands-on driver of product success. You’ll partner across the organization to bring products to life, strengthen market position, and fuel growth.
Lead with Vision: Champion a culture of curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement while guiding product strategy in a fast-moving market.
Be the Voice of the Customer: Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
Drive Product Development: Manage the full product development funnel — from concept to launch — using our New Product Introduction Process (NPIP).
Define Product Specifications: Translate real-world customer needs into clear product requirements that align with business goals.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales to align initiatives and deliver successful outcomes — even without direct reporting lines.
Manage Projects with Precision: Keep development initiatives on track by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Own the Product Lifecycle: Oversee the evolution of products from launch through maturity and eventual phase-out.
Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor competitors and industry trends to refine positioning, identify opportunities, and maintain a strong market presence.
3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in agriculture, industrial, or manufacturing sectors with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (Engineering preferred).
Strong technical acumen and understanding of product development processes.
Comfortable working hands-on in the field and with customers; willing to travel overnight as needed.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional efforts.
A proactive, accountable, and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for delivering results.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of moving projects forward in dynamic environments.
Solid understanding of industrial or agricultural products and systems is a plus.
Competitive base salary
Paid vacation and holidays
Short-term and long-term bonus plans
Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, life insurance)
Company-paid short- and long-term disability
401(k) with up to 5.5% company match and immediate vesting
6 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents
Ongoing learning and development opportunities
We believe innovation thrives in diverse teams. We’re committed to building an inclusive workplace where different perspectives and backgrounds are valued.
Equal Opportunity Employer | Drug-Free Workplace | Pre-employment substance screening required.

The value of partnering with a recruiter:There are significant advantages to working directly with a recruiter rather than submitting your resume through job boards without direction. Qualified candidates benefit from a personalized approach—gaining access to someone who has a strong relationship with the company and hiring manager, offers guidance throughout the interview process, sets clear expectations, and provides timely updates so you’re never left guessing about your status.
