Location: Hybrid role based in Southfield, Michigan, with the flexibility of a blended in-office and remote schedule.

Note: Must be licensed in Michigan and have hands-on PIP / no-fault litigation experience. This is not a property coverage role.

Job Description

  • Manage a caseload of PIP / no-fault litigation matters from early strategy through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents with a high level of quality
  • Handle court appearances, depositions, hearings, negotiations, and case strategy
  • Work closely with clients, adjusters, experts, and internal team members to move matters forward efficiently
  • Evaluate claims, assess exposure, and develop practical litigation strategies
  • Support case resolution through negotiation, mediation, and trial preparation as needed
  • Contribute to a team-oriented practice group focused on strong results and responsive client service

Qualifications

  • Michigan Bar license required
  • 1+ years of personal injury protection / no-fault litigation experience
  • Strong legal writing, case management, and communication skills
  • Insurance defense experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based near Southfield
  • Trial, hearing, deposition, and motion experience is a plus
