Seeking a seasoned Regional Vice President of Sales leader to drive enterprise-level corporate travel and technology solutions.
Overview
This senior revenue leader will accelerate regional growth, expand enterprise market share, and build a high-performing sales organization. Reporting to executive leadership, this role owns new business development, strategic account expansion, and overall regional revenue performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven sales leadership experience building and coaching enterprise sales teams
- Deep knowledge of corporate travel operations, travel technology, and supplier ecosystems
- Strong executive presence with C-suite engagement experience
- Track record of closing complex, high-value service travel management services
- Expertise in strategic sales planning, channel development, and pipeline management
- Financial acumen in pricing, contract negotiation, and ROI analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional revenue growth and new enterprise client acquisition
- Recruit and lead a team of 5 senior sales directors
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and sales performance metrics
- Support global bid development and cross-functional initiatives
- Strengthen relationships with mid-market to global accounts (up to $40M annual spend)
- Travel as needed to support clients and team performance
