Pipe Shop Superintendent – Metro Denver | Full-Time | Direct Hire

A market-leading manufacturer supporting major AI data center projects is expanding and seeking a Pipe Shop Superintendent to take ownership of their fabrication operations.

This is a shop-based leadership role (not field/travel) with responsibility across the full lifecycle of pipe fabrication:

Scope of Role:

• Oversee the process from drawing review → fabrication → staging → delivery to site
• Ensure all pipe assemblies are buildable, produced efficiently, and install-ready
• Lead and develop 30+ shop personnel in a high-output environment
• Coordinate with CAD, Project Management, Scheduling, and Logistics (including trucking)
• Drive quality, safety, and production performance across the operation

What We’re Looking For:

• Career background in pipe fabrication shops (not field-based roles)
• Strong experience with spool fabrication, isometrics, and shop workflow
• Proven ability to review drawings for manufacturability and prevent issues before production
• Track record of leading large teams and delivering consistent output
• Hands-on leadership style with full accountability for results
