Salary: $220,000-$240,000

She Recruits is seeking a Full-Time Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to provide cybersecurity engineering leadership and enterprise-level security strategy within highly classified environments. Relocation assistance is available for highly qualified candidates.
Position Overview
This role provides highly technical recommendations and security solutions to complex enterprise IT challenges. The SME will integrate risk-driven security processes aligned with mission requirements and enterprise security frameworks.
Core Responsibilities
• Maintain operational security posture for information systems
• Develop and implement System Security Plans (SSPs)
• Conduct insider threat analysis and develop formal findings
• Lead medium to large-scale information security initiatives
• Provide cybersecurity engineering guidance and technical leadership
• Deliver project outcomes aligned with government requirements
Qualifications
• 12+ years of system security or related technical leadership experience
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Forensics, or related field (or Bachelor’s degree plus additional experience)
• Extensive experience interfacing with government customers and classified systems
