In this role, you will be the clinical "brain" behind the operation, ensuring families across the country receive the exact equipment their children need to thrive.
The Role: Clinical Strategy & Team Leadership

Expert Consultation: Use your specialized knowledge to evaluate child measurements and intake forms, recommending precise adaptive seating, mobility, and positioning solutions.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a dedicated 8–9 person support team, acting as the final point of escalation for complex clinical or technical product inquiries.

Manufacturer Liaison: Coordinate directly with manufacturing teams regarding product specifications, lead times, and custom solutions.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

Professional License: Current PT, OT, PTA, OTA license or ATP (Assistive Technology Professional) certification.
