About the Opportunity

A well-established pediatric early intervention and developmental day treatment facility in Batesville, AR, is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to join its collaborative, multidisciplinary therapy team.

This unique setting combines the benefits of outpatient pediatric therapy with a developmental preschool environment, allowing clinicians to work directly with children throughout their day rather than relying on traditional outpatient appointments.

Therapists have the opportunity to provide individualized, relationship-centered care while collaborating closely with teachers, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to support meaningful progress in children's everyday environments.

The facility emphasizes neuroaffirming care, sensory integration, connection over compliance, and understanding the underlying reasons behind a child's behavior.

Both experienced pediatric SLPs and new graduates seeking a supportive Clinical Fellowship experience are encouraged to apply!
