General Manager

Seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a growing manufacturing operation serving aerospace, defense, industrial, automotive, and related markets. This individual will assume full operational and financial responsibility for a business unit focused on precision-engineered products while driving continuous improvement, organizational transformation, and profitable growth. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership to improve operational performance, develop future leaders, and position the organization for long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities Include:

·      Provide full P&L leadership for the business unit, driving revenue growth, profitability, operational performance, and long-term strategic initiatives

·      Lead all manufacturing functions including production, machining, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, EH&S, customer service, and distribution

·      Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, quality, inventory, and on-time delivery

·      Develop and execute strategic operating plans, capital investment initiatives, capacity planning, and organizational development programs

·      Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

·      Partner closely with sales, engineering, customers, and executive leadership to support new product development, customer satisfaction, and profitable business growth

Qualifications include:

·      Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline; MBA preferred

·      10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience with demonstrated success leading complex industrial or precision manufacturing operations

·      Previous General Manager, Business Unit Manager, Division Manager, Plant General Manager, or equivalent leadership experience with full P&L responsibility

·      Strong background in precision machining, CNC manufacturing, industrial products, aerospace, defense, or other engineered manufacturing environments preferred

·      Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives that deliver measurable business results

·      Excellent financial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization

·      Demonstrated success developing high-performing teams while driving culture change, operational improvements, and profitable growth

·      Must be willing to relocate to Carson City, NV or commutable surrounding area
