Sr. Superintendent – Commercial

Location: Columbus, OH

Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 + Bonuses

The Role

We are urgently hiring a Senior Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site operations in Columbus, OH. You will partner with our project team to ensure we deliver a high-quality build—on time and on budget.

What You'll Do

• Drive Project Success: Work closely with the project team to deliver a quality project on time and within budget.
• Manage Materials: Coordinate materials to match field and design requirements.
• Track Timelines: Monitor and manage material lead time tracking.
• Review Drawings: Lead coordination drawing reviews to ensure accuracy.

What You Need

• Software Skills: Bluebeam experience is required.
• Material Tracking: Proven experience with material lead time tracking is required.
• Commercial Experience: Strong background as a Superintendent in commercial construction.

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 – $165,000 base salary
