The Opportunity

• Team Leadership: Lead approximately 15–25 hourly employees in an assigned production area and shift, reporting to a Shift Manager.
• People Development: Set clear expectations, coach and develop employees, and manage attendance and performance consistently.
• Operational Execution: Coordinate staffing and production schedules; improve labor efficiency, yield, material usage, and downtime.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain food safety, GMP, sanitation, and workplace safety standards while partnering with quality, maintenance, and other plant teams.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 5 years of food-manufacturing management experience with demonstrated supervisory success; bakery or dessert experience preferred.
• Leadership Style: Strong plant-floor leadership, sound judgment, and proven success improving both team accountability and operating results.
• Technical Skills: Experience with production metrics, employee training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree welcomed. Outstanding relevant experience may qualify candidates without a degree.
• Flexibility: Availability for the applicable shift and flexibility to support plant operational needs.
