Automated CNC Operator
Our client is a long-established, stable precision manufacturer entering a significant period of growth in the Menomonee Falls area. They are expanding their manufacturing operations and adding people across multiple machining areas, skill levels and schedules.
This opportunity is part of a high-volume automated CNC machining operation and is a particularly good fit for someone who enjoys the combination of CNC machining, automation, troubleshooting and hands-on problem solving.
The work may include:
- Operate and monitor automated CNC machining cells
- Work with CNC equipment, automation and related material-handling systems
- Perform tooling changes, offsets and machine adjustments
- Troubleshoot equipment, tooling and process issues
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Inspect parts and verify quality throughout production
- Read prints, work instructions and production documentation
- Help keep automated equipment running safely, efficiently and consistently
Experience with CNC machining, automated manufacturing equipment, robotics, machine troubleshooting, tooling, inspection or related high-volume machining environments can all be relevant. We are interested in understanding what you've worked with and what you can do rather than expecting every candidate to have followed exactly the same path.
