Compensation & Incentives

  • Salary: $78,000 – $99,000 annually, based on experience
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus
  • $350 per month paid directly toward your student loans
  • Additional loan assistance and loan repayment programs available

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all required corporate and clinical training in compliance with regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, and document patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with patients, families, physicians, colleagues, and payors
  • Participate in center meetings and contribute to team collaboration

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited program
  • Valid state Physical Therapist license
  • CPR certification
  • Prior outpatient experience preferred
