We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Superintendent / Quality Manager to join our team. - Lead and inspire our Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) team to achieve excellence in food safety, regulatory compliance, and operational performance.

- Engage in foreign material prevention strategies to enhance product integrity and reduce customer claims.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for FSQA and operations personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Overseeing FSQA team activities to meet food safety, quality, export, and animal welfare goals.
- Investigating and resolving food safety and quality issues, ensuring timely completion of corrective actions.
- Communicating effectively with operations teams and regulatory officials to ensure compliance with USDA standards.
- Leading audit preparations and serving as a key contact for third-party and customer audits.
- Collaborating on root cause analysis for process and personnel incidents to drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field (e.g., Meat Science, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering) OR 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities.
- A continuous improvement mindset and excellent organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and a strong safety record.
Working Conditions:
- High-volume production environment with exposure to chemicals, machinery, and varying temperatures.
- Frequent interaction across departments.
- 40+ hours per week with occasional weekend work.
