Assistant Project Manager – Multi-Family

Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 + bonuses

Overview

We are urgently hiring a driven Assistant Project Manager to oversee multi-family construction builds. In this highly autonomous role, you will take ownership of project timelines and serve as the core link between ownership, design teams, and the field.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive Progress: Develop, monitor, and maintain accurate construction schedules.
• Multitask: Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently without dropping the ball.
• Collaborate: Communicate clearly and effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesmen.

Requirements

• Multi-Family Expertise: A strong background specifically in multi-family construction is essential for this role.
• Minimum 5 years of overall hands-on construction experience.
• Self-starter mentality: You take initiative without waiting for directions.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
