What Makes This Opportunity Different
This is not a traditional high-volume outpatient setting where therapists are expected to manage multiple patients simultaneously. The goal is to provide high-quality, individualized care, with the treatment model determined by each patient's clinical needs.
More complex or specialized patients may receive one-on-one treatment with the Physical Therapist. As the clinic grows, additional PT and PTA support will be added, creating opportunities to develop a collaborative care model while maintaining strong PT involvement in patient care. As one of the founding clinician, this Physical Therapist will also have the opportunity to:
-
Help establish clinical workflows and treatment processes
-
Contribute to the development of the clinic's standards of care
-
Help shape the clinical culture and patient experience
-
Grow alongside the practice as additional clinicians are hired
-
Pursue future advancement opportunities into Lead PT and/or Clinical Director roles
The owner and administrative team will provide operational support, allowing the Physical Therapist to remain primarily focused on patient care and clinical responsibilities.
