Patient Experience Coordinator
Luxury Elective & Functional Surgeries – Plastic Surgery

Job Overview:
Each member of our Patient Experience Team plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional, concierge-level journey for our patients. Focused on personalized care and seamless service, this position ensures that every patient interaction reflects the highest standards of professionalism, compassion, and excellence. The ideal candidate is articulate, well-spoken, detail-driven, and committed to elevating patient satisfaction at every stage of their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for patients, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and service needs.
  • Guide patients through their planned upcoming event, including appointment scheduling, answering phones, collecting paperwork, data entry, treatment education, and follow-up coordination.  Most of all each member of the team must contribute positively to the team dynamics.
  • Collect and analyze patient feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancements, reporting insights to the leadership team for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with surgeons, medical providers, and administrative staff to anticipate and address patient needs proactively.
  • Educate patients about available programs, Pre/post-operative care, and wellness services to optimize their experience and outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records of all patient interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a minimum of 2 consecutive years cosmetic surgery or dermatology experience; 1 practice, or 3 years consecutive retail experience for a luxury brand; 1 brand.
  • Not afraid to “ask the ask”.  Must be sales motivated – if not do not apply.
  • Demonstrates strong compliance with established policy and procedures.  Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and CRM platforms is a must.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage patients assumptively, warmly, professionally.
  • Practice exceptional listening abilities to understand and address individual patient concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring swift, thoughtful solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, plastic surgery procedures.
