Plant Operator - Success

This role suits hands-on plant operators with experience in grain handling, agricultural processing, or similar bulk-material environments.

Plant Operator – Key Details

• Monday to Friday, full-time
• Two shift options: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience and location
• 2 weeks’ vacation
• Benefits after 90 days

Plant Operator – Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and processing equipment, including conveyors, elevators, dryers, and cleaning systems
• Adjust grain flow through various processing stages to maintain efficiency and quality
• Receive incoming raw materials and complete required documentation
• Load finished product onto trucks or railcars according to specifications
• Unload incoming materials and store them safely in designated areas
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product cleanliness and consistency
• Maintain accurate production, inventory, and maintenance records
• Complete daily production logs and follow all safety and operational procedures

Plant Operator – Qualifications

• Experience in food processing, agricultural operations, or manufacturing plant environments
• Comfort working with machinery, equipment, and production systems
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
• Ability to follow procedures, complete documentation, and work as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the agricultural industry
• Technical aptitude in equipment, machinery, and technology for record-keeping and reporting
• Previous experience operating machinery in a grain facility or terminal is an asset
