HR Administrator (HR Graduate) – Mississauga | $60K
Our client, a leading agricultural commodity company, is hiring an HR Administrator for their Mississauga team. This isn’t a sit-back HR role — you’ll be right in the mix of payroll, onboarding, and employee support in a fast-moving, operations-driven environment where things change quickly.
You’ll work closely with the Regional HR team across recruitment, HR operations, and employee support. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, strong in Excel, and comfortable taking ownership while managing multiple priorities day-to-day. This role is well suited for early-career HR professionals, including recent graduates with hands-on internship or co-op experience.
HR Administrator Details
- Monday–Friday, onsite in Mississauga, ON

HR Administrator Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations including preparation of verification, experience, and invitation letters, and other employee documentation
- Assist with the full employee life cycle — onboarding, training coordination, performance management, and offboarding
- Participate in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts
- Maintain accurate payroll and HR reporting for Canadian operations, including weekly and monthly reports
- Help manage employee benefits programs and respond to related employee inquiries
- Coordinate with IT to ensure onboarding processes are completed for new hires
- Support the creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and legal HR standards
HR Administrator Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred; recent graduates with internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Dayforce, ADP, or similar) is preferred
- Spanish language skills an asset
- Professional, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
