Human Resources Administrator (Growth Opportunity)
Our client, a leading agricultural commodity company, is seeking an HR Administrator to join their Mississauga team. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional ready to learn, take ownership, and grow within a global organization.
You’ll support the Regional HR team across recruitment, HR operations, and employee support. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, strong in Excel, and eager to build their career in a fast-paced environment.
HR Administrator Details
· Monday–Friday, onsite in Mississauga, ON
· Salary up to $60,000, based on experience

HR Administrator Responsibilities
· Support day-to-day HR operations including preparation of verification, experience, and invitation letters, and other employee documentation.
· Assist with the full employee life cycle — onboarding, training coordination, performance management, and offboarding.
· Participate in recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters and contracts.
· Maintain accurate payroll and HR reporting for Canadian operations, including weekly and monthly reports.
· Help manage employee benefits programs and respond to related employee inquiries.
· Coordinate with IT to ensure onboarding processes are completed for new hires.
· Support the creation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
· Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company and legal HR standards.
HR Administrator Requirements
· Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration preferred.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
· Spanish language skills an asset.
· Professional, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
