Business Analyst – Financial services sector

<Remote and/or hybrid options>

Growing software company offering cloud-based servicing platform has a need for Business Analyst with an analytical mindset to translate business requirements into functional specifications. This individual will be interfacing with the development team for new features. Priority is also someone who may have technical aptitude and a very good understanding of software development lifecycle.

FinTech, Banking or credit union industry experience preferred and understanding of risk management or collection processes huge pluses as well.

Requirements:

3-5+ years’ business analysis and requirements experience. Very good software understanding for software configuration efforts. Document requirements experience coupled with some implementation knowledge or experience preferred. 

Excellent documentation, communication, and writing skills.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, MIS, Business, Finance, Banking or related preferred along with excellent organizational skills. 

Technical skills or understanding is essential.

Proficiency with latest OS, Microsoft Office products, etc.
