Training & Documentation Manager

<Full time and Remote>

Growing financial technology company offering cloud-based platform has a need for a Training Manager to be responsible for starting up a training function as well as generating the content to use in online training courses. This person will become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in all features and functions of the product(s) and use that knowledge to develops various levels of training and an educational portal to include self-guided learning, configuration of the product, onboarding, training, etc. Person will also assist with other duties as needed like user guides, release notes, etc.

Expertise is in building the content and be an expert in the company’s product and create training portal for employees, customers, and partners to use.

  • Leadership experience
  • Banking, credit union or FinTech experience huge pluses but not required
  • Ability to walk into the job and know what needs to be created around the training function. Need solid training background along with software documentation experience. 

The applicant must be a U.S. resident or currently able to legally work in the U.S.
