Banking Operations AND Implementations Specialist

<Full time and REMOTE>

Growing FinTech company offering financial institutions a cloud-based platform has a need for a BANKING AND IMPLEMENTATION ANALYST!

Ideal candidates will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to interact with various levels of customer management, strong organizational skills and combined banking and technology experience! Need someone who has the capability to provide client expertise on configuration of the product, triage client’s reported defects during implementation cycle, etc.

- Develop deep understanding of the software banking applications becoming a SME.- Help manage implementation life cycle and ensure tasks done correctly. - Works collaboratively with development staff and support staff- Maintain timelines and target dates in Microsoft Project

REQUIREMENTS:  Ideal candidate has bank operations / servicing experience coupled with basic understanding of SQL queries or select statements. Understanding of data flows huge plus.
