This position requires a skilled Fabricator/Welder with experience in flux core welding and the ability to read detailed blueprints. The role involves on-site fabrication and welding tasks, with significant travel and weekend work required.

- Fabricate a variety of structural and pressure vessel assemblies using hand tools and welding equipment.
- Flux core weld in all positions (approximately 90% of all welding is flux core).
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints to ensure precise fabrication.
- Operate overhead cranes and perform rigging tasks safely.
- Travel as needed, typically 35–42 weeks per year, including weekends. Normally, leave on Friday, work all weekend (10+ hours/day), return on Monday, and have scheduled days off around travel.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
- Travel extensively, typically 35–42 weeks per year, including weekend work. This role generally travels every other weekend. Most schedules include being off Thursday, leaving Friday, working all weekend (10+ hours per day), returning Monday, and then having Tuesday off.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of flux core welding experience required.
- FCAW (Flux Core Arc Welding): 3+ years required.
- Millwright experience: 2+ years required.
- Strong fabrication skills and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes and perform rigging tasks.
- Ability to read detailed blueprints accurately.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed 65–75% (Preferred)
