This role is designed as an accelerated sales track, beginning with a structured training period focused on business development fundamentals before quickly transitioning into a full Account Manager position with ownership of client relationships and revenue generation.

All hires begin with a 3–4 month training period, designed to build the foundation required to succeed in a high-performance sales environment.

  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
  • Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.

 

 

Training Period (Sales Development Focus):

  • Learn our business model, industries, and client base
  • Build outbound prospecting skills (calls, emails, networking)
  • Develop pipeline and support senior team members
  • Gain hands-on experience in staffing and client engagement
  • Earn commission while developing core sales skills

 

Account Manager (Post-Training):

  • Own and grow client relationships (managers to C-level executives)
  • Drive new business development and revenue generation through placing candidates and selling service packages
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Partner with recruiting teams to deliver on client hiring needs
  • Operate with full accountability for performance and results
