This position supports sales operations by coordinating projects from pre-sale through completion. The role serves as a key liaison between field sales, customers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.

- Manage the complete project workflow, including planning, pre-sale, post-sale, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and commissioning.
- Prepare project specifications, pricing, quotes, and budget estimates, and conduct project reviews.
- Obtain purchase orders and coordinate product arrival at port and on-site delivery to meet schedule and budget requirements.
- Analyze, monitor, and maintain accurate project information within internal systems to support communication, sales forecasting, and shipment projections.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Field Sales regarding company processes and policies.
- Identify issues that impact project execution or sales goals and take timely action to resolve them.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, specifiers, engineers, vendors, internal sales teams, and customers within the assigned territory.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to effectively meet customer and project requirements.
- Review customer feedback and responses with management to support continuous improvement of the sales process.
- Support billing and credit procedures as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a technical field preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a technical customer support or coordination role preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of sales processes and public bidding procedures.
- General understanding of electrical and structural concepts.
- Ability to understand and communicate product attributes and business practices to customers.
Additional Requirements:
- Work hours may vary outside of a traditional 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule depending on region supported.
- Occasional international travel may be required.
- Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required.
