As a Parts & Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for customers, helping them identify the right parts and services while ensuring a smooth and professional experience throughout the process.
What You’ll Do:
Including but not limited to:
Aftermarket Parts and Services Sales & Support (70%)
- Sell snowplows, snowplow parts, and related services via phone, email, and in person.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and service orders tailored to customer needs.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule services and inspections.
- Identify upsell opportunities based on inspection results and customer needs.
- Apply pricing tools to meet margin targets.
- Partner with account management and client relations to help grow the business.
Customer Relationship Management (20%)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction and key service metrics.
- Deliver a professional, responsive experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Use CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-ups, and ensure customer success.
- Proactively reach out to customers through outbound calls and quote follow-ups.
Process Improvement and Collaboration (10%)
- Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts based on customer feedback.
- Help align internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
- Must have previous experience selling parts or performing/selling services, and/or experience as a service advisor in an automotive or mobile equipment field.
- Must possess general Microsoft Office skills and the ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and concisely.
Preferred:
- Experience utilizing ERP systems and CRM platforms, specifically WorkWise and OnContact CRM.
- Experience maintaining sales pipelines and managing customer relationship data.
- Experience with outbound calling, customer follow-ups, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Working knowledge of trucks, automotive systems, or mobile equipment.
