Duties & Responsibilities

• Repair and Maintenance of building, presses and equipment throughtout the plant
• Operation of Forklift
• Responsible for supporting the team goals of the assembly, and press departments
• Responsible for particiaption in press set-ups, teamwork and continous improvement of press set-up time.
• Adhere to all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tag out and electrical safe work practices
• Responsible for all PM Tasks, corrective actions, and improvements to assigned rquipment.
• Required to follow all maintenance systems and proper documentation procedures as outlines in the work instructions, including preventative maintenance procedures, downtime recording procedure and work orders
• May receive direction from Production Supervisors

Working Requirements

• Some knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, CNCs, washers, assembly machines, and automation equipment
• Must be mechanically inclines and have a desire to work on machinery and related equipment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Work, Excel and related programs
• Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001 and Q1 compliance

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Trade school or some college preferred

Experience

• 2 years of experience in Plant Maintenance desired.
