What You'll Be Doing

Proactively generate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client visits.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective commercial clients.

Develop lasting client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

Work closely with an experienced commercial service team to deliver exceptional client service.

Stay current on insurance market trends, carrier appetites, and industry developments.

Represent the brokerage professionally at networking and industry events.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial insurance or B2B sales

RIBO licence
-
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales

Knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management

Experience with broker management systems; EPIC is an asset

Post-secondary education is an asset

Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary. The role offers a competitive commission structure on both new business and renewals, with earning potential tied directly to individual performance.
